🔄 Carpitzi Returns & Refund Policy

At Carpitzi, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery for all ready-to-ship rugs.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
