At Carpitzi, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not fully happy with your order, we offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The rug is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact.
  • The product shows no signs of use, stains, odors, or damage.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will share the return instructions.

Return Shipping Charges

  • All return shipping and related expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Carpitzi does not offer free returns or reverse pickup services.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Returns that fail quality checks may be rejected or partially refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted on:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order rugs
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos.
